Hello, Yeah?
Welcome to Action Jackson Designs, for all your boutique web design needs.
We're a small company based in Bristol, and more than anything we like building beautiful, involving interactive solutions to problems you hadn't even thought of yet. A bit like a team of magical net-monkeys, except we don't pick insects out of each others' fur.
At the moment you're on the HTML version of our page, which either means you haven't got Flash or you just don't like it. Really the whole site's a much more positive experience with Flash, so we'd recommend clicking here to get it, or, if you've got it, clicking the little link at the bottom of the page.

There's a shiny new site in our portfolio! It's a Flash/XHTML hybrid and we made it for Glasstone Records, an independent rock/metal label based in Bath. They wanted something to fit their rockin' image, and we didn't want to resort to the traditional black-on-black of metal cliche, so we decided to make it look like an old poster. But anyway, why not have a look for yourself? There's still a few bits missing at the moment - we don't normally put stuff up till it's completely finished but we just got too excited and did it anyway. Mental! Have a look for yourself.
Lately we've been doing a lot of white-label work (which means we can tell you about it but we can't show you) for a design company in Bath. They had too much to do and not enough time in which to do it, so we helped them out by building UK marketing emails for an international video rental chain, making some lovely Flash animations for a very well-recognised brand of bourbon (as in whiskey, not biscuits) and creating new pages and sections for an architecture site.
We've just finished a lovely portfolio site for super-talented photographer/artist Emily Tedrake. She's taken photos of Fightstar you know - we preferred Busted, but still, that's quite impressive. She wanted something that would reflect her artistic style, so we nicked loads of her stuff and fashioned it into a beautiful, organic interactive experience. Go there! Look at stuff! Be amazed!
